"Nice weather, a bit too busy of an island
The only real issue would be the shutters/louvers in the bedroom with 2 beds. We were there with our son and everything that goes on in the bathroom sound wise can be heard through the shutters. Also if one wished they could be opened from the outside and lose all privacy...yikes! Also a minor annoyance would be the AC unit which is set for the entire place. We stayed there with friends and they liked it warmer than us so our entire stay we were not as comfortable as we would have liked. Keep in mind this resort is more or less a large hotel with halls filled with doors and when you want the most sleep is when some numbskull will let the door slam and you hear that even though the doors were solid and did a above average job at insulating you from outside sound. We had a unit near the main road and the local punk kids lived to show off their loud stereos during the day and night and it does get into the condo a bit, especially the bass... thump thump thump. I did like the location which was just a bit south of Kapa’a and that kept the traffic down. I was surprised how much traffic was there on the island and folks tended to speed a lot which makes it hard to exit the various resorts, shops, and restaurants. I think there should be a secondary restaurant that serves the pool guests and is open for breakfast and lunch. The main restaurant on the property is a bit high end and is only open for dinner. It would have been great to walk up to a snack type restaurant and get a burger and drinks while lounging around the pool or beach.overall the place was fine, just too hotel like for me. The last couple of days we were there some punk kids thought it was a good idea to have a yelling match with the rooster outside our window. Where are the parents of those brats? Aloha ��"

"Family vacation surrounded by beautiful scenery
Family of five vacation to re-connect, create lasting memories and press pause in the busy life. Enjoyed beautiful sunrise moments, shaved ice across the street, and fun on the pool-as early as 8 am and as late as 9 pm. Did get to exercise for the fun of it in the gym. Geckos, lizards, roosters, chickens, toads and huge snails part of the scenery. "

"Great Place to Stay in Kapa'a
Great place to stay in Waipouli. For 4 adults, the overall layout was great, with large bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was fully stock with quality cookware and silveware. Highly recommend this unit. "

"Good location to access the island
Our stay at the resort was nice. We didn't have air rhe first day and were notified but opening the windows kept us comfortable. Plenty of space for 5 of us. Very close to Safeway and restaurants. Only disappointment was the high fees added to the reservation. "

Our family had a fabulous week! This was my special week with my grandkids and this resort did not disappoint! I have come to Kauai for years, my kids all live there and I’ve stayed all over the island. This resort was so central, so perfect for kids staying happy and active with a great poodle, shopping and restaurants across the street... Everyone stayed “ the most perfect resort so far. The unit was well stocked, great appliances and utensils... worth every dime.. Will probably book again on my next trip. Thank you!"

Condo was well stocked and clean and the rental agency very attentive when questions asked. They even provided information regarding roadways rental car and unexpected outages. View is of grass and parking lot but the condo was in a perfect location. And a super pool "

"Convenient location with everything we needed
This is our 4th stay at the Waipouli Beach Resort because it's centrally located to reach all parts of the island and walking distance to groceries, food and an ABC store! I love the layout of having a king and 2 queens so that my kids can have their own beds and bathroom sinks. The full kitchen had all the appliances we needed (toaster,blender,rice cooker) and cooking tools. Parking is easy, pool towel exchange is convenient and a closet filled with coolers, boogie boards and floaties was a nice perk. The bathrooms had some mold and calcium buildup, and the A/C was malfunctioning a couple of days during our trip, but once I emailed the property management, they sent maintenance to fix it.
Our kids enjoyed the beautiful pool with slides, waterfalls and lazy river. The beach isn't swimmable, but perfectly enjoyable to sit under a palm tree with a book and enjoy the view. I did find out just before our arrival that there is road construction on the main highway south of the resort, so any trips to the south side of the island or Napali Coast can take a little longer."

"Fantastic Stay
My daughter has stayed at this property before and in different unit before also. The beach, pool and grounds are fabulous! We saw several seals on the beach.
Condo was fantastic! Great location on the property! Super clean and really nice kitchen and bathrooms. Beds were super comfy! check-in and out super easy, Easy to get anywhere around town.
Would definitely recommend!

"Wonderful Time in Kauai
Our family of 5 had a wonderful time while in Kauai. The central location of this property allowed us to get to places in the north and the south parts of the island easily. The quick access to stores and restaurants was a bonus for us. We enjoyed the pool as well as the beach, and the condo was well equipped and very clean. The communication between property owner/management was excellent. Our questions were answered and information was sent to us in a timely fashion. We definitely recommend staying at this property."

"Wonderful Family Stay!

"Great Place to Stay on Kauai
This condo was just right for this year’s trip to Kauai! My spouse and I traveled with two friends. Two comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms gave each couple privacy, while the big and well-equipped kitchen and the living room and larger lanai gave us great spaces to be together. The pool area and beachfront were beyond our expectations. The Kapaa location made it easy to spend time on both the north and south shores, and walking to the supermarket was a bonus. The condo was clean, spacious, and quiet despite being in town. Parking was easy, too. We appreciated the washer/dryer and great kitchen appliances. We would definitely return!"

"Hidden jem
Kapa’a is a great location. Easy access to some great beaches and waterfalls. The unit was nicely stocked with pretty much everything we needed. The beach out front isn’t the greatest for swimming, but is still beautiful to have a sit and watch the water. There’s lots of sand for digging holes and building castles. We saw a few whales blowing. The path makes for an easy walk to Coconut Marketplace. "

"E205 Waipouli Beach Resort
We had a very good experience with the rental. All of our needs were met and more. Our experience with Remax was excellent. Any issues were resolved immediately, phone calls were returned and questions were answered professionally and satisfactorily. My husband was impressed with the kitchen utensils and appliances. We have stayed in other timeshares with much less kitchen capabilities. Our only recommendation is a bit more light in the living room and that the water heater be bigger to accommodate the two baths and two showers."

"Top Notch
Overall a great experience for this visiting family of grand parents, parents and young children. Unit itself was clean and updated. Hallways, entryways and elevator could use a little sprucing up. Restaurant was a little pricey for daily eats but the Wed night entertainment is not to be missed! Pool was enjoyed by all especially the kiddies."

"Waipouli Beach Resort - August 2018
We were very happy with the rental. Condo was clean, and provided us everything we needed. We appreciated the availability of the cooler and beach chairs for our beach day. The pool was great and location was very convenient to access local markets and restaurants, as well as, easy access to both the north and south sides of the island. We were very happy with e-205 unit we stayed in! The single beds were a little short for the older teenage boys but that didn't keep them from sleeping! The one thing I wished the unit had were ceiling fans in the bedrooms. We did find, however, a box fan.

"Great pool
The vacation was great and the unit was spacious.! The downside was the yellow splatters on the walls around the toilets. I washed the walls myself with my own Clorox wipes. It’s odd that this wasn’t part of the cleaning process when the toilets were cleaned. They could also add another roll of paper towels since there were no napkins to use with meals. Our tv cable also didn’t work so we all used our computers to watch Netflix. Other than that the unit was nice and perfect space for four people."

"Wonderful Waipouli Beach Resort Stay
There were six of us who spent three nights at the Waipouli Beach Resort. The condominium was well-maintained and clean. All of our needs were met and the layout and furnishings were very comfortable. The kitchen is awesome and the appliances are top notch. The two full bathrooms were large and luxurious, and the beds comfortable. We were very pleased with our experience. The grounds were beautifully maintained and the pool and hot tubs were clean and beautifully arranged. The beach had very easy access from the resort, and we spent allot of time in beach chairs enjoying the surf and sun. We also enjoyed watching whales making their way past our location. "

"Great stay at Waipouli Beach Resort
Our family had a great time. The condo was just like the web-site description. Rooms were clean and roomy. We really liked the pool area and that the beach was so close. Also, the Safeway across the street made it handy to get picnic lunches made for the day.
When we come back, this will be one of first places we will look at booking."

"Excellent property for vacation
Property was very well maintained. The condo we stayed in was very clean with up to date furnishings. Very good central East side location to launch your adventures to either the North or South / West sides. Parking close to our unit wasn't an issue at all.
We had a late flight out of Lihue and requested a late check-out, which the property manager happily accommodated. I would definitely recommend this property to family and would stay there again (Starbucks & Safeway right across the street also-score!). The only negative we found was that the pool water was rather cold and overall the pool needed to be cleaned."

"Awesome resort
We loved, loved, loved this resort! Would stay here again. We loved that it was centrally located so we could go either direction on the island. The pool was the best. We went every afternoon for awhile and enjoyed the slide and walking the lazy river. (Even though our kids are 16,21,23). Property felt clean and cared for. Would suggest a floor lamp or light kit on the ceiling fan in living area as it was a little dark to play cards. Would rent this condo again. Kitchen was well stocked too."

"Kauai Trip
The room was excellent; location was convenient; restaurants were within walking distance; the only issue that I reported to my concierge was the floor to the condo was extremely slippery; my daughter fell twice in the bathroom area; the only other issue I had was during check in, I was unable to leave my belongings at the front desk until my room was available (3pm) since I went through a 3rd party to coordinate my stay."

Very happy with this place! We were 4 adults and 2 kids ( 5 and 19months). Everything you need in a kitchen, had laundry soap, dish soap, plenty of towels, beautiful appliances. Very nice and large bathrooms. Compfortable beds. Perfect location on the island. And the resort pool is beautiful. The boys really enjoyed the sand pool. We will be back and will definitely stay here. We have more of the island to see. "

"Wonderful Accommodations & Experience
Our family truly enjoyed our recent visit at the Waipouli Beach Resort. The rental process of our unit was seamless and easy. Owner provided us information on the unit, check-in and property info well ahead of time and was always available if any questions or concerns came up.
The unit was very clean, plenty of space for 6 (4 adults, 2 children) and overall much more enjoyable than staying in a standard hotel room. E-205 overlooks a garden, mountains, parking lot and a bit of the highway, however, traffic noise was never an issue. Unit is also directly across from elevator, however, noise & elevator bell couldn't be heard from inside the unit."

"Amazing Family Resort!
Our family of 6 had an amazing time at the resort! We were comfortably accomadated in the 2 bedroom suite. It was clean and had everything we needed for our 12 day stay, from dishes, supplies, laundry it was just like home. The reosrt itself is great, amenities for everyone and we spent everyday at the pol! My children range in age from 1 year to 15 and they all had a great time. If we return to Kauai we will stay here again and have been reccomdening the site to all of our friends!"

"The beach is not swimable. A few mornings I came down to ask the property manage questiuons around 8am but no one was available. The resort itself is well kept. We did go to other beaches each day and therefore did not utilize our own area.

The condo was in excellent condition - clean and well appointed. All appliances were top notch and the beds were very comfortable. The location was ideal as it provided great access to the north and south shores. A must for families. The only drawback was that the beach was not swimable - but that is many in Kauai. 5 STAR! "
