The expansive Great Room features a decorative fireplace and a large flat-screen TV, making it perfect for movie nights or family card and board games at the dining table. Enjoy breakfast in the Sun Room, then bask in the sun on the open deck, or relax with a bestseller in the shade of the covered deck. Please be advised that all cancellations must be submitted in writing. In the event of an emergency occurring one week or less prior to your check-in date, a phone notification is acceptable, provided it is followed by formal written confirmation. Our team will make every effort to re-rent the property to help minimize any potential loss. If the property is successfully re-rented for your original booking period, or a portion thereof, a refund will be issued for funds collected in excess of the original rental rate. However, if the property is not re-rented, no refund can be provided.
Please note that the following fees are strictly non-refundable:

Additionally, all cancellations are subject to a fee of 18% of the gross rent. Any eligible refunds will be processed within 30 days after the subsequent re-rental payment has cleared our financial institution.
